Caricature Software grants you the right to install and use a copy of this software. You may not disassemble or modify the software. The software can be redistributed, but without any modifications, only under the same product name and with this license intact. Caricature Software reserves all rights not expressly granted to you in this agreement. This software is provided as is, without warranty of any kind, either expressed or implied, included, but not limited to, the implied warranties of merchantability and fitness for a particular purpose. In no event will Caricature Software be liable to you for any damages, including any lost profits, lost sales, injury to person or property or any other incidental or consequential damages arising out of the use or inability to use the software, or for any claim by any other party.
